  • Must be pursuing bariatric surgery or in the pre-operative process
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be available to attend the in-person BariatricCon Pageant on November 13, 2027, in Orlando, Florida
  • Headshot and full-body photo will be requested upon acceptance
